PERVIEW Mindfulness Quiz (PMQ)
The PERVIEW Mindfulness Quiz (PMQ) helps you find the
roots that matter in organizational development, at an
individual and a team or organizational level. Please see online study
guide before taking the PMQ.
When used within organizations, in leadership and team
development the PMQ fosters mindful communication, builds
emotional intelligence, and reduces conflict by uncovering hidden
narratives and energy dynamics that shape behavior. The result is
greater coherence, authenticity, and a more resilient
organizational culture.
The PMQ is used to support personal growth, team alignment, and
leadership transformation. By identifying strengths and areas for
development, it helps individuals and organizations move from
reactive habits to intentional, embodied decision-making.
Each member of the team/department/organization can choose to take
the PMQ and share results. We recommend a GrowthOD certified coach facilitate
the session for best results.
At eht individual level, the PMQ is a powerful self-assessment
tool designed to measure your current alignment across seven key
dimensions: Processes, Embodiment, Restorying, Vibrations,
Internal Emotions, Energy Scale, and Waves of Quantum Vibration.
Each question invites deep reflection on how you think, feel, and
show up in your life and work. It can be used as a pretest before
your coaching session and compared to post-test after the coaching
session. We recommend a GrowthOD
certified coach facilitate the session for best results.

🎯 Your PERVIEW Mindfulness Profile
🤠 Profile 1: The Quiet Trail
(All scores 1–3 across all 8 dimensions — radar small and balanced)
🌵 Coaching Insight:
Your radar shows a stillness across the wheel — not broken, not lost — just quiet.
You may be in a season of life where things feel muted, heavy, or hard to access.
But friend, quiet doesn’t mean absence. It means potential. Like a seedbed just before spring.
You’re not behind. You’re at the threshold.
Sometimes, life asks us to begin again — gently, deliberately.
The PERVIEW Mindfulness path meets you here with compassion, not demand.
Let’s begin with small movements, soft awareness, and the spark of curiosity.
This is the beginning of re-storying, not with fireworks, but with a warm ember.
🧭 Self-Coaching Questions:
What is one area of my life where I feel a whisper of change stirring — even if I can’t name it yet?
If my exhaustion could speak, what would it say it needs?
How might I begin to notice the subtle energies in my day — without trying to fix anything?
When I feel disconnected, what small ritual could help me re-root?
What story am I carrying that wants to be heard, not judged?
🌿 G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. Reflections
🪶 Elior’s Poem from the Quiet Place
Where the Dust Remembers Rain
In the stillness of dust,
a whisper of rain lingers —
not fallen yet,
but promised.
You are the seed,
cracked open by longing.
Beneath your silence,
galaxies gather.
And the wind?
She has not forgotten your name.
Let me know when you’ve saved it — and I’ll continue with Profile 2. If you'd like it formatted for HTML insertion with style tags and placement markers (e.g., ), I can provide that as well.
Profile 2: The Flat Tire
Cowboy Reflection:
Partner, your wheel’s outta balance. One side’s draggin’ while the rest keeps rollin’. That’s like ridin’ a mule with one short leg—makes for a crooked journey and a sore backside.
But let me tell you somethin’ important:
The trouble spots aren’t failures—they’re trail markers. They show you exactly where the gold is buried, if you’re willin’ to dig.
🌾 Cowboy Coaching Insight – The Uneven Trail
When your radar shows 1–3 categories scoring low (1–3), but others do okay (4–7), it’s a sign of hidden weight—maybe a story you ain’t told yourself yet, or a part of you still stuck in the past.
Don’t throw out the whole wheel—patch the side that’s leakin’.
Look at those low scores as signals from your nervous system, your soul, and your story.
🧭 Self-Coaching Questions for the Uneven Trail
Which of the 8 dimensions feels most unfamiliar or uncomfortable?
What story might you be telling yourself in that area that no longer serves you?
What’s one breath, one step, one kindness you could offer that part of yourself today?
If that part of you could speak, what would it ask for?
How are the stronger dimensions trying to carry the weight for the others? Is it working?
🌀 G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. Wisdom on Unevenness
G – Gratitude: Even if one spoke is cracked, the hub still holds. What can you be grateful for in your discomfort?
R – Rooted: Go below the surface. What deeper root may be tugging this part of your wheel downward?
O1 – Organizational: Which relationships or patterns reflect your imbalance?
W – Wisdom: Ask: “What is the wisdom hidden in this wobble?”
T – Transformation: True change often starts on the roughest trail. This is your turning point.
H – Healing: Healing comes not from avoiding pain, but by letting the pain speak its story.
O2 – Ontological: Who are you becoming in the face of this imbalance?
D – Development: Development isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence.
🪶 Poem from the Uneven Trail
By Elior, from the Canyon Wind
The wheel won’t roll with one spoke cracked,
But the journey don’t stop—it just talks back.
A lopsided story has its own beat,
It limps with wisdom beneath your feet.
Don’t curse the part that makes you slow,
It’s the desert's way to help you grow.
You ain’t broken—you’re half in bloom.
Let the trail teach you what’s makin’ room.
Hold the wobble, breathe in grace—
There’s medicine hid in this sacred place.
Profile 3: The Almost-Round Wheel
Cowboy Reflection:
Partner, your wheel’s holdin’ up mighty fine—most spokes are strong, but there’s a wobble that shows up now and again. It ain’t a full-blown breakdown, but it’s enough to make the trail feel bumpy.
You might be askin’:
“Why do I still feel uneasy when everything looks alright?”
Well now, listen here:
Balance ain’t just about high scores—it’s about harmony.
And even one off-note can echo through the canyon.
🌿 Cowboy Coaching Insight – The Ghost in the Wheel
When 6–7 dimensions score in the 5–7 range, but 1 or 2 dip lower (1–3), it signals a hidden story still whisperin’ behind the scenes.
The rest of you is doin’ the heavy liftin’. But that one spoke—that tender spot—needs your attention, not your avoidance.
This ain’t a crisis—it’s an invitation.
🧭 Self-Coaching Questions for the Almost-Round Wheel
What part of my life do I keep glossin’ over, even though it quietly aches?
What emotions arise when I focus on that one low-scoring dimension?
Am I overcompensatin’ in other areas to avoid facin’ that imbalance?
What’s the smallest act of tenderness I could offer to that part today?
Who might I become if I gave that one area more breath, more space, more story?
🌾 G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. Wisdom on Subtle Imbalance
G – Gratitude: Be grateful that the imbalance showed up now, not when the wheel collapsed.
R – Rooted: Look back—was there a time when this part of your story got ignored?
O1 – Organizational: What’s the relational ripple of this blind spot? How does it echo through your work, your kin, your calling?
W – Wisdom: A low score doesn’t mean weakness—it means this dimension holds a lesson in disguise.
T – Transformation: Transformation begins in small moments of honesty.
H – Healing: Sometimes, all that part of you needs is acknowledgment. That alone is medicine.
O2 – Ontological: How does this part of your being want to be seen? Not fixed. Seen.
D – Development: Roundin’ out the wheel is a lifelong dance—step toward the spoke that sings.
🪶 Poem from the Hidden Spoke
By Elior, sittin’ by the windmill
Most of your wheel shines in the sun,
But one spoke shivers when the day is done.
That’s the part that holds your gold—
A softer truth, a tale untold.
Don’t rush to fix, don’t force to mend,
Just sit with it, like a trusted friend.
Even the moon don’t show its whole face—
And still, it lights the darkest place.
🌾 PROFILE 4: Moderate Scores Across All Dimensions
"Your wheel is steady—but could roll smoother."
Your PERVIEW Wheel of Life is evenly shaped, which tells us something powerful: you're not in crisis, but you’re also not fully aligned with your highest potential. This is a balanced but modest score profile—like riding a good horse that still hasn’t found its full stride. You’re not off-track, but something inside you may be whispering: “There’s more to this story.”
Just as a campfire needs both air and flame, your life is asking for both stability and spark. You’ve done inner work—and it shows. Now, the next frontier is about turning that stability into vitality. That means engaging more deeply with embodiment, rewriting stale stories, and aligning with the vibrations that truly energize you.
🌿 G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. Reflections for Moderate Profiles
Let’s tune your wheel with the 8 dimensions:
🤠 Cowboy Elior’s Mindfulness Coaching
“Steady don’t mean stuck, and smooth don’t mean silent.
If your heart’s still whispering, the trail ain’t done.”
This wheel ain’t broken, partner—but it’s yearning to dance, not just trudge. Think of this moment as the middle of a great Western: you’ve survived the badlands, you’ve earned your calm, but the hero’s journey isn’t just about survival—it’s about transformation.
Now’s the time to ride with purpose, not just pace.
🪞 Self-Coaching Questions
What parts of your life feel fine, but not alive?
Where are you settling for consistency over creativity?
What subtle inner voice have you been too polite to listen to?
How does your body feel about your current pace of life?
If you had more energy, where would you put it first?
🪶 Elior’s Poem: Where the Trail Begins Again
The road was flat, the sky was wide,
No rattlesnake, no storm to ride.
But silence sang beneath your feet,
A song that says: “You’re not complete.”
The fire’s not out, it’s just too tame,
It longs for stories, not just flame.
So gather breath and stir the coals,
You’ve got new winds to shape your goals.
The saddle fits, the horse is fed,
But dreams don’t rest inside the shed.
They ride at dusk with glowing eyes,
Beneath the old and rising skies.
Profile 5 🌟 You’re Riding True: A Balanced Wheel of PERVIEW Mindfulness 🌟
Partner, your radar shows strong alignment across all 8 dimensions. That’s rare. You’ve got yourself a well-rounded Wheel of Life that’s ready to roll, resilient over rocky trails and open plains alike.
But here’s the cowboy wisdom:
Even when the saddle fits just right, it pays to tend your horse, oil your boots, and stay humble before the horizon.
🌿 G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. Reflections
Each letter in G.R.O.W.T.H.O.D. aligns with a spoke in your wheel — and yours are all finely tuned:
🤠 Self-Coaching Questions for the High-Aligned
You’ve got a rare gift, but every trail rider needs check-ins. Here are some prompts for your next campfire reflection:
Which dimension feels the most alive for you right now? And which one is quietly asking for attention?
Are you offering your alignment in service to others? Where can your harmony create more healing?
Have you made space for beginner’s mind today? Even seasoned riders must stay teachable.
How do you handle compliments or success? With humility? With joy? With deflection?
What’s the next edge of your becoming? Even full wheels can grow in radius.
🪶 Elior’s Poem from the Quiet Place
You, who ride with balanced reins,
The wind doesn’t steer you — you steer with wind.
Your breath is a compass. Your silence, a hymn.
Others feel steadier when you enter the room.
But stay curious, beloved.
The sage who ceases to listen becomes a preacher.
Be a dancer of paradox. A listener of leaves.
Be the one who knows that mastery is service,
And the real badge is hidden beneath your poncho.
